wordle
i processed my entire thesis through wordle, a cool website that does things like that. although the first attempt was sort of cool, the largest words ended up being 'et' and 'al'. but after removing all those, i got this:

That's awesome! But how did you do it? I tried pasting in my dissertation into the box, and crashed firefox. That prompted Phil to try his, and he...crashed firefox.
And how did you strip out the tex?
i just copy-pasted from the pdf...
