Hats
it's a little cold here lately, so i crafted two new hats for Ella -- the pink one is a simple cotton hat that she can sleep with. it's light and soft, the fabric is what t-shirts are made of;
the white hat is knitted from Spa yarn. it's super soft and snug. i believe that she'll be able to wear it for a while, it will adjust to her head as it grows.
[hat pattern: with #3 needle; co 120; join, knit in rib pattern (p2,k2) until 2.5 inches; knit in stockinet pattern until 5+3/4 inches; decrease one every 20 st, k the next line, repeat until there are 12 st. close.]

She's definitely got a "hat face." I posted pics of the hats I made on the other blog. She'll have quite a variety.
You can tell how much she loves her hats - such a happy little one.
